We offer refunds or exchange on all items returned to us within 14 days.
We cannot offer refunds on shipping costs.
Items must be returned unworn and in original condition with tags.
Please bear in mind that we make each item specially for you so we would very grateful if you avoid purchasing multiple sizes to try on. If you do purchase an item that is the wrong size and you would like to exchange it for another size we will cover shipment for the replacement item once we have received the original.
